HELP! NB SE OBD Error Code 2009

HELP! NB SE OBD Error Code 2009

SO I have sold my NB SE, but on way back from getting RWC I have a Check Engine Light.. my OBD scanner tells me error P2009 "Undefined Code".. a bit of a google has not helped, anyone had this issue before?
NC2-- Tein Flex, Tomei Headers, GWR Super Q , RPF1, ECUtek Race Rom...

"The P2009 code relates the the VTCS valve, the VTCS is Variable Tumbler Control System or some such nonsense. It's butterfly valves in the intake manifold (IIRC) that make the airflow more turbulent at low loads for emissions."
