'whats so good about an SP'...............

This is a question I asked & got told 'well there were not many made', I think the SP is proof that some people can't put a car/vehicle together and prefer to pay a O.T.T price for something off the showroom floor. Anyway we own one (bought second hand) and was involved in a bingle so we found out that you can not get part number NB32-DC-SP, I tryed to contact the company that put the SP together and im still waiting for a reply, Lucky for us we bought it from my very good friend and being an O.T.T type of person he bought the last one that mazda could find. So if for any reason someone ends up needed one we got some (one piece) copys made and we can throw in a copy of mazdas installation templates. I would like the VIN etc of the car that needs the replacement............... some people may get a little upset if there ends up being 451 sp getting around

Google says it's the SP sticker. Surely no-one would try to make a non-turbo car look like a turbo one though? If so, my SE sticker is for sale.

I've still got a couple of them lying around somewhere...
Better needing to replace them though than the SP air filter box!

The SP sticker, we couldn't get one from Mazda they no longer have any in stock, we were lucky and got one given us, others may not be so fortunate.

Are you including some subaru young drivers with 'surely no-one would try to make a non-turbo car look like a turbo one'
If Mazda have made more, jolly good (I will have to make a phone call.............) I look at the issue that was presented to us (what !! how will people know its an SP........eg The Simpsons ,superintendent Chalmers and his missing H badge from his honda) and thought I wouldn't want someone else put in the same situation.
SE stickers are (without trying to sound arrogant, a factory backed build, thus a few more stickers floating around)

So very true(there are the 'carbon print' kits on ebay,
, this sends shudders down my spine).................im thinking of making a replacement, but there are a few projects at erskimoto garage that have my attention first.
The stickers the 'sticker guy' told me to keep it in a coolish/dark type place as it will last longer (the adhesives may detearate)

Sandwich the sticker between two sheets of cardboard and put it in a drawer or cupboard.
I had a few stickers sitting around from the 70s and 80s that were still fine to use.

Its a sticker....why can't I put one on my Clapped out NA6? It used to keep up with SP's on Club runs, just not while overtaking.
besides that. there is a phantom SP around. So there is actually 451 samples. apart from the replica ones & the ones which have been totaled.
OK I'm going hiding now......

It depends who you talk to at your Mazda dealer. Most spares guys have never heard of an SP let alone know where to find an SP parts fische. I was told by one spares guy that my car didn't have a turbo according to my VIN. Eventually he worked out what was going on but he had to talk to someone else in the dealership first.
