ECU & Dyno tuning for an AVO turbo on a 96 NA8

We are turboing a 96 engine/drivetrain for a Clubman (lotus 7 replica). We have all the hardware, but are having a lot of trouble finding somebody who can supply a piggy back ECU for it, install and tune. AVO seem to have lost (or never had) how to connect their own ECU to this model of ECU - 3 connectors, one vacant socket.
Mate has a 94 NA8, to which he has fitted a Rotrex blower, with an Xede controlled mixture and ignition (2 maps). This has been totally reliable over 3 years and 10k kms. This is running a 5th injector, which I Know is regarded as crude, but it works, fuel economy is not an issue, and it has not required upgrading the stock injectors or the pump or pressure regulator. It was fitted at Chiptorque in QLD .
One local melbourne operator says he doesnt have time to do an install, he just tunes.
Can anybody in Melb please recommend somebody here who knows MX5s, and can advise on an ECU, install and dyno tune? Prefer to keep the stock ECU and piggy back unless we can be persuaded otherwise.
thanks
jp

96-97 NA8 used a 16 bit ECU as opposed to the 8 bit ECU for 93-95 NA8, ie three female connectors on the ECU (plus one vacant), as opposed to two.
