Factory ECU limitions with larger turbo charger.

Hey all,
I have a Garrett T2560R Turbo, it's basically dead, water inlet hose split causing starvation and it has a tiny whole in the cast iron centre. I'm looking ahead for a replacement, obviously another 2560R is perfect, however they are rarer to find etc.
From a factory ECU perspective, I am worried upgrading to a larger turbo such as a GT2871R would effect my ECU parameters such as the air/fuel ratio and I don't want to run it lean.
Anyone aware of my possibilities, limitations and options?
