Oil Oil Oil everywhere...

I have a not so slight issue
Since the Turbo has gone on i have had after a long full boost run, on decel a Oil Smoke cloud appears.
Only seems to be in vacuum.
Thought it must be a PCV issue that i will sort out.
Went for the longest hardest boosted drive i have done so far and threw the car in the garage afterwards.
Next morning went down and noticed a couple of oil pools under the nose of the car.
Closer inspection showed these dripped from the lowest points of the charge pipes.
Pulled the pipes and found out my intercooler make a great CATCH CAN
BOV had oil dripping out of it.
Throttle body/intake manifold messy too.
Now i am thinking that my Oil Return could be the issue.
It is a Speedflow -8 size stainless line which was drilled just under the air con bracket.
It looks like it may just have a ever so slight uphill section
The wetness is a mixture of degreaser and oil.
Tried to clean the area a little first.
The issue with getting it completely downhill is the connection touches the air con bracket.
Maybe i can get a extension fitting to angle it uphill and further out?
I kind of wish i had of drilled like this guy
Hoping there is a way to make sure it is all downhill.
Would this be my issue do you think??
Is -8an large enough for a Greddy TD04?
Should i have gone with a -10an?
Could my issue be the Crank Pressurising and pushing oil back up the return line or is that crazy talk?
I also had oil on various hoses etc near the return which i assume could suggest the sump is pressurising and forcing oil past the threads on the return line.
Any help would be much appreciated.
