how to setup a twin sidedraft carbs on a na6

I bought this kit about 4 years ago and never fitted it, I will be taking out my b6 engine soon, but would like to see how it goes with this setup, it came with the manifold linkages and fuel reg all ready to bolt on, but what do I do with the ecu,fuel? I know it is a long shot,if you can help it would be great.
