Just curious as I was considering putting a gauge into my air vent hole, how do you get it out again if you need to?

I just put a boost gauge in my na driver side air vent (it actually clipped into the factory vent holder and surround ring flush with no movement) and i un screwed the air duct from behind from the vent and pushed it back a bit to feed the wires to it and also so that if i need to take it out i can get my hand in from under the dash from behind and push it out.

Were the screws for the vent ducting hard to reach?

Not really, I just removed the panel under the steering column thats held on by two phillips heads, then with a stubby phillips head worked my hand up from behind the dash, theres only one screw to hold the air duct in place as it kind of clips in, with that screw undone you can push the duct back a bit as its really weak plastic and i just blocked it off with a rag
