Tune Piggyback on NA8 with older AVO

Postby zedman » Sun Oct 18, 2009 8:27 pm

I need help tining the piggyback ECU on my car in Brisbane. It pings when I give it the boot in third and outdoor temp gets over 30 deg (car came from Canberra)
The car is a 95 NA8 with stage 1 AVO turbo installed in 90's with a piggyback ECU that I think controlls the 5th injector mounted just before the throttle body. I will try to post pic of the piggyback that has been mounted in the glovebox.
The piggyback has 4 green LED with a pot screw adjuster beside each one and one red LED on the lower right with a pot screw adjuster above it.

I'd suggest going to see Crossley Engineering in Cooparoo. 38477166, If you see Paul, tell him Julian sent you. He does all the tuning on my AVO kitted NA6 (though it's stage 3 with the bigger injectors). He also does all the engine work and tuning for my 2F race car.

Cheers,
Julian
