NA6 LNC Turbo Engine Rebuild

A couple of Questions to maybe the race guys
I am replacing the Turbo engine in LowMiata AKA Ryan Middleton's Evil5
I have a used B6D 1600 LNC Engine to be rebuilt.
What I want to build is a reliable Turbo engine used for Street and Track
- running up to about 12 lb boost expecting about 200 RWHP
The new engine goes something like this:
Ground, Crack tested, shot peebed and titrided crank
new pistons, rods, valves, double valve springs, bearings, seals, gaskets, water pump, timing belt, ARP Head and rod bolts etc.
Port and polished head
ground cams
Question 1: will a 1800 block fit a 1600 head?
Question 2: are 1800 rods the same as 1600 rods
Question 3: Has anyone used BELFAB RACING PRODUCTS ie pistons and rods or full rebuild kit?
They look good on www.belfabracing.com and the prices is just over AUS$2000 for forged pistons and rods, springs, valves bearings and gaskets etc - WORTH A LOOK AT!!!!
