With so many people talking tuning issues, the heat could easily be tune related (I'm sure that was mentioned in here).
Either way, sounds like you've got some nice plans in the pipeline

Yes, this whole topic should be linked to the topic (unfortunately also started by me) entitled "Whoops!!".

I went the route of make myself a new air guide for the front of the car. Also made of coreflute like your diversion plate, better than the factory piece in my eyes as the sides seal up.
I have notice my AC gets colder alot faster than it used to so it must be doing something
This was done in conjunction with a new ASI 40mm alum radiator
