Too rich, you want 10.7-11:1.
That will get some power back.
What are your AITs?

Re: how to know if clutch is holding power
To test your clutch, the easiest way to do this is to accelerate hard in 1st or 2nd gear then put it into 4th gear and mash the pedal.
If the engine revs up really quickly, then your clutch is on the way out.
If it holds, and engine revs decrease when you drop the clutch in 4th, then the clutch is fine.
I ran the standard NB clutch in my SP for about 50,000k's, and it was still quite OK when I changed it when I had the engine re-built.
I am now running up to 16lbs boost and over 180RWkW, and I am only using an SE clutch, and it holds up fine and has done for around 40,000k's, so the standard clutches are stronger than you may think.

I agree with Benny, and just had this issue on Saturday... Was accelerating from 3rd, into 4th and then the rev's skipped 1,500rpm... That was on a heavy duty organic clutch with 150rwkw and a std exhaust. With the new exhaust I need a new clutch.

Re: how to know if clutch is holding power
I'm surprised you're holding down 10psi on a td04 with a 1.6 standard clutch honestly.
My 1.6 with a relatively fresh clutch (but did have a few track days) slipped with a T25 and band aid setup. When the MS went in, the clutch told me to off myself and that was only at 6 psi (wastegate).
There's an upgraded clutch in there now (ACT HD organic) and it slips on engagement when hot but not during shifts (even flat shifts). But that's at 10 psi, roughly 130KW or so.
You will smell a clutch when it slips, it has a distinctive burnt smell, similar to brake pads when at the track
Another issue that may be happening is that when your clutch starts to slip it gets hot, hot enough to affect the diaphragm that's meant to clamp the plate onto your flywheel, it's clamping pressure is reduced and your clutch further slips until the whole thing cools down.
Good luck on meeting your goals, if your 1.6 diff lasts after your clutch swap, it will definitely die with the 275 hoosiers on there

Re: how to know if clutch is holding power
The Greddy kit is not an efficient bit of gear. Hence the low power for the boost etc.
