You need something like a BEGi racer reroute pipe. Get that radiator hose out of the way and you will have plenty of room.

I personally dislike the rubber hoses, none of them are made for the application so although they work, they dont fit properly.

As for the piping, 2" will fit easily. Hell Joes car has 2.25", which is very overkill.

I have my turbo outlet facing almost directly down. Plenty of room for 2" pipe. Grab some bends and do some thinking whilst lying under the car. You'll struggle if your outlet is at the top and then you're trying to come down in front of the A/C compressor.

I would suggest outlet facing down, behind the A/C then skirt the edge of the wheel arch then around the outside of the radiator. Done.

If you ever remove it your body shell doesn't have a 2 - 2.5" hole cut through the sheet metal.

Re: Reroute: There is no problem with a rear thermostat + Kia outlet and clearance with coils. If it becomes an issue install COPs.
