Diagnostic plug

Howdy, Can anyone tell me if a 2001 nb has a diagnostic plug in the cabin, I know there is one under the bonnet but I would like to use my scan gauge. Thanks in advance 
Unfortunately the 2001 doesn't have the standard connector in the cabin. IIRC the 2002 models and up had this added in.
Also, please note that the diagnostic connector under the hood is not OBD compliant, it's "Mazda" compliant, so you can't go plugging a tool into it.
You can still short out the pins and get a diagnostic read out via using a LED etc - Google will give you the procedure.
