Shaikh used to publish these spreadsheets on his FatCatMotorsports website. Nowadays he just provides online versions on the site at URLs:

These are very good as far as they go, and they do go far enough to be the world's MX5 suspension setup bible. However they don't give enough flexibility to play around with detailed sway bar tuning with adjustable arm length sway bars, such as the Whitelines that are so popular here.
FWIW, here's a copy of my own working spreadsheets developed from Shaikh's published originals. All the changes that I've made are under the NA8 tab. The main addition is a new group of setup rows (32-45) which give you the ability to plug in different arm lengths.
To try a new setup I suggest that you go to row 35 and:
1. A35, enter new front sway bar thickness
2. A36, enter the name of a front sway bar type equal to a name in the B column of the table at A47:D53
3. C35, enter a new rear sway bar diameter
4. C36, enter the name of a rear sway bar type equal to a name in the B column of the table at A47:D53
5. D36, enter the front spring rate in Kg/mm
6. E36, enter the rear spring rate in Kg/mm
Good luck!
