FS: [NSW] MX-5 NC 2.5 swapped car

Hi all,
I'm looking to sell my MX5 NC 2006 model in winning blue.
I'm located in the Hills district in Sydney.
The paint is a bit rough as pictured.
It has the following work done on it:
2.5 swap
Roadstersport Max Power headers with ceramic coating
Helmholtz midpipe (only done a few hundred k's if that)
Super-Q muffler with silencers installed
new drilled/slotted discs all around
Ohlins Coilovers (costed a few thousand alone)
new brakes all around
Michelin pilot sport 3 tyres
170,000k's (engine would have just over 100,000k's on it when it was swapped in at 167k's)
Replaced everything needed for maintenance when doing the swap.
I'm unsure what to price it as, give me an offer, I'm looking for anything above 8k (which is probably under what all the parts cost that went into it) just because I want the money for due to a family emergency.
Buy it as a project to swap the parts into your car and resell the car for the same cost, grab a bargain.
It's loud as heck even with the silencers in the Super Q. I built this then felt like it is just a bit too loud/sporty for me as I get older I drove
it less and less. It's acceptable volume if you keep it lower RPM but in the midrange the Helmholtz really makes it burble
like a race car and it's absolutely visceral but likely to get me in trouble if I drive it like that.
The only thing is that I haven't yet tuned it fully but can provide the Ecutek cable for someone to do so and can change the email to their email with my dynotronics account so they can continue tuning it. Still runs like a top all the same currently just not full power yet.
Currently only registered until later this week but could chase up a pink slip/more rego at cost of the buyer.
