Wants $52k, but doesn't bother to take good photos, well framed with a quality camera, and is too cheap to pay for a Carsales add, which is where buyers for that price range might be

Hi.
Looking at the drivers seat must have a problem with his movements. Seriously why would you ask that price with the drivers seat in the condition it is in which shows a lot of wear.

COVID TAX SUPER SPECIAL!!!
Have SP's really gone up that much during Covid!
When I was looking in late 2018 to replace my lightly modified SE with something that had expensive engine work already done I almost bought a SP with a hardtop from a one owner ex MX5 NSW president. Had a built engine, ECU work, LSD(clutch plate not torsen), Bilstein Coilovers and Leather seats.
Was only just over 20K. 22 or 23K from memory.
And was way better condition than what I am seeing here.

In hindsight I should have bought that as an investment. Who would have thought they wold get to these crazy prices.
I bought a SE from Tony on this forum here that was much more suited, modified and developed for my usage.
Either way I did not lose when I sold that early last year which makes no sense still. Cars are supposed to devalue. Got some Covid Tax on that car when I sold it. Just not SP level Covid Tax.

It is amazing the covid tax some cars have on them.
My Cousin payed $16000 for a R34 Skyline 2.5 N/A Auto Sedan which I said was a dumb buy. And now 3 months later he is getting people offer him $20000 when he is driving it around. And looking online you could get more because they start at that!!!
A few years back no on wanted those cars as they are not that good. I am sure they were well under 10K for the best of them.

Over on Car Sales there are two SPs.

One with much lower KMs, but asking $1k more and the other approx same KMs as the one here, but asking $42k.

The red one is owned and lovingly maintained by a long term MX5CQ member, who obviously isn't greedy :NB8B:

Yes all used cars are crazy now, I work in a car yard and trade in prices are mental!

Truth be told, I'd buy an NC1-NC2 as they still price ok, compared to 1998-2000 NB8A shitters on Carsales, and turbo that.

Oh hang on...married with kids and a mortgage...

*end dream here*

Turbos are for pussies Craig. You of all people, don't need turbo to beat an SP.
