Hello Drivers,
Most will already know, but for those who don't: our next trackday is at Queensland Raceway, Willowbank on Monday 1st August. It is a half day, afternoon event.

QR is a great first timers circuit, being fast & slow, open and forgiving. I thinks it great appeal is that we usually get to try four configurations of the track, which adds interest and challenge.

Thanks MattR but there are a few other issues health wise that have to be taken into account

There are only 4 in my work team and with one off for a month due to surgery and another on ARL it just can't happen - not too bad to have gone 6 years and always had the day off

I will rock up and watch 'Happy Laps' Saturday with the MX-5's and then again for 'Happy Laps' with the 86/BRZ Club

Swapped my tired Federals for AD08Rs, so should be an interesting afternoon. Looking forward to getting to QR again, first time in ages!

32 entries on the system now, couple more very late entries wouldn't go astray.

Going to be a fun weekend. Taking the missus around Lakeside at the happy laps on saturday morning, followed by general practice and street sprints immediately after. With any luck I'll be able to make use of the last of the cooler weather and at least match my PB. Then back home, go refill the jerry cans, BBQ and booze Saturday night, then recover (at work ) on Sunday, ready for QR Monday. Should have taken Sunday off, if for no other reason than to enjoy Saturday night a bit more.
