Come'n'Try Hillclimb Mt Cotton 20 January 2013

MGCCQ will be holding a Come'n'try Hillclimb morning on Sunday 20/1, followed by an afternoon Test'n'Tune session. This is the day before the first MX5CQ Track day!
The come'n'try consists of some group and one-on-one tutoring, and some solo runs at the hillclimb course. If you are a Mt Cotton novice, and or thinking about doing hillclimbs this year this is a very worthwhile introduction, which will reveal some subtleties of the track.
Following the Come'n'try session there is a Test'n'tune session that you may join in if you wish to get in more runs.
These events are run under CAMS so the usual safety gear applies (neck-ankle-wrist cotton clothing, closed non-synthetic shoes and socks, helmet and visor/goggles). There is a basic car scrutineering, and a CAMS license is required (L2S or Level 1 single day type).
Full supp regs are here: http://www.mgccq.org.au/13/Mt%20Cotton%20Supreg%20-%20Come%20%20Try%20final%20%2820th%20Jan%202013%29.pdf
Note that numbers are limited to 25. Questions should be directed to Gary Goulding 0438 104 231 or gsgoulding@optusnet.com.au BUT please read the supp regs first. CAMS does seem a bit onerous compared to AASA but is OK. You just have to dot more i's and cross more t's.
Hope to see some new fives out there.
