Motorkhana Willowbank 4th November- Last for 2012

The Holden Sporting Car Club is hosting it's final 2012 motorkhana on Sunday 4th November. As usual, it will be held on the bitumen carparks out the back of the Willowbank dragstrip. The HSCCQ is family friendly, and the events are usually relaxed. For most it seems more about fooling around in cars that winning championships.
It's cheap to enter, and a bucket load of fun. I have attached a pdf of the courses that may be run the day. You normally get one shot at each course, and there are two courses running simultaneously. It is unlikely all 15 courses would be run, but it is possible. It looks easy on paper, but is quite challenging.
You need a roadworthy car. It will be scrutineered. Convertible drivers must wear an approved helmet (even with hardtops). Registered cars must have a CTP extension.
You need to be a member of a CAMS affiliated club (e.g. MX5CCQ or HSCCQ) and have a L2S or higher licence. First timers can just get a day licence. Bring your civilian licence as well, just in case.

You can enter online or turn up on the day. Don't forget to bring a hat, water and food. There is a esky with an honour box, but that is the extent of catering. It will be a long, busy day.
Hope to see plenty of Fives there again.
