Just 8 days to go, I'm sure I will be much slower but who cares?

I will also take the un-presented trophies from last year for distribution

I like that 25c better than 30c+ :)

There's a chance of some decent times then. Wing can undo otherwise decent conditions, hoping for the best.

For all drivers of QLd registered cars, don't forget to organise your CTP extension (Rally Insurance). Not compulsory, but strongly advised.

Let's hope that rain stops before Monday then, aye?
Because reasons.

Roger, do you know if Doug will be offering the "Track walk/talk" prior to set up again?
Not sure if this is a regular thing or if we were lucky last time.
Haven't seen mention of it in this thread and thought it might be good to give the newcomers a heads up and get them planning Monday morning right for an earlier start if it is on

Thanks Gents.

Although I don't think the track walk is 'mandatory' I would personally consider it 'essential' for first timers. I can't imagine heading out on track 'blind'.

There was a decent sized group on the walk in November and I doubt it was made up completely of first timers.

Completely agree - I've done a few events there now and I'm thinking seriously about doing the walk again.

Walk? wish I could after doing a 'Torville & Dean' outside Moronfield Shopping Centre on wet slippery white lining on a pedestrian crossing :(
