Did a clean up today...

1 x set new AD08's and rims, 1 x set Dunlop SP Sports and rims, 1 x set DZ03's and rims, 1 x set 595RSR's and rims, 1 x set cheap tyres and china made rims, 4 x 888's and DZ03's not on rims. Plus the FZ201's already on the MX5...

Magpie did you just spend more on tyres and wheels than the original cost of the car? :P
Because reasons.

Just picked up some bargains along the way... Plan is to consolidate tyres once I decide which way to go. Plan is to also try some slicks at some point so need rims for that.

The AD08's are the control tyre for World Time Attack, it is still dependent if entry is accepted, but I want to try them out.

The only new rims are the Advanti Storm II's (595RSR's) and the Avid AV-02's (AD08's).

If it's wet on the club day get to try the Dunlop's.

I'll just leave the current tyres on, too lazy to change them, it is easier to just collect :)

My Norwegian weather site says maybe a light shower mid morning, cool weather [yippee!!] so hope that holds out

Almost counting down Vat!! Had the NA at Lakeside yesterday to catch up with a few friends from the 86?BRZ Club and watch their happy laps, then relised I could have joined in anyway, they weren't fully subscribed due to that early rain - would have liked to do another 10-15 laps!

86 stayed in the garage as NOT permitted to be dríven in the wet

Start my second stint in Indonesia on the 25th. The car isn't getting much running at all this year.

I'll take it out if you want....

31 of 45 slots filled through the online entry system so far. I reckon the new pricing structure is going to do well to get numbers early. Should be a nicely filled, but not overcrowded day on track.

Would prefer 50+ Ross, then augers well for a FULL day possibly later in the year I hope
