You don't sound well. It might be one of those slow developing things. Best to be safe.

I have a feeling I'm going to be ill in November too, coincidentally on the same day as I will have 15 laps of lakeside in a formula ford booked.

Some organisations 'just don't get it!' Keep a balance with the Staff and treat them like humans and you get more productivity from them

I'm constantly being told to reduce the anount of leave I have and further, my Managers know what I have the day off for and where I am and always ask how I went - all the 'general' stuff

I can see that pain in the stomach getting worse TP!!

I think I've managed the day off work so I'm in.

Good afternoon drivers.
Attached is a copy of the Trackday Invitation Email about to be sent to all MX5CQ members.
Don't forget that MX5CQ track days are available to non-club members, and drivers of other makes, subject to numbers. If you are keen, just ask!

I will not be posting all information and updates here, as I prefer to email potential drivers directly.
If you have not previously received track day emails direct from me and would like to receive invites and updates by email, please let me know at compsec@mx5clubqld.com.au or PM including your actual name and email address
Please do not request here. It clogs up the thread, and it might be a week before I notice, or I may not notice at all.

I hope to see plenty of new and returning forum members at Lakeside in November.

I'm out. They're going to give me the day off for the formula ford experience 5 days after the club day, I won't take both. Probably wouldn't even if they weren't being tight on leave.

Question:

Are 'open face' helmets still allowed to the end of 2014 in an MX5?

Thanks, question was put to me

On this page of the club website it states: "Roll bars are encouraged and this year in an open cockpit car you will need a full face helmet."

I notice MX5CQ have extended the invitation to the MX5 Club of NSW. Pity I'll be in Melbourne. :frown: One day.

Nice! That sure is a pity because many NSW Clubbers that ran Lakeside at Natmeet were saying that ticked one of their 'bucket list'

It was nice by later in the day to be watching the REAR of 'Little Reddy'!!
