I'm keen to attend and have reached out to Joel Neilsen and I take it I organise my registration through him?

Yep, can use the form off the website, just put MX5 in the club field to get the discount price of $220 for the day.

Or fill the form in PM for email address and send it to me and I will forward onto SDT.

I'm coming too, Form emailed off to Joel.

My NA8 won't be ready in time, so it's the standard NB for me...something different and slow. Hope the brake pads handle it.

Link to form here for anybody else looking for it.

Disappointingly, it looks like a chance of rain occurring. Really unfair if my first time out on the NT01s is wet. I'll be slip-sliding everywhere!

What a few days. Amarok went into limp mode on Wednesday. Water pump failed fixed Thursday. Went to fill MX5 and it died on the highway, everything had power but no start. Other half turned up with trailer and went to move the car up to trailer by cranking it in gear, boom it started! So no idea what the problem was, replaced the CAS sensor again ...

However car is loaded gear is packed, looking forward to the day!

Have a good day all, I won't be there as I am working at Mt Cotton on Sunday, and it may be a little chilly for me......

I agree, that was great, track is lotsa fun in a standard mx5 with no power. The back section is awesome in my little slow car. Had two or three moments of heart in the mouth stuff on road tyres but managed to keep it on the grey stuff throughout. Thanks to all the the boys that made this happen. I sure do appreciate it.

It was interesting waving the very sideways M5 BMW past. He looked like he was having even more fun than me.

I suspect the afternoon session might have been interesting with rain, there were a few heavy showers on the drive home around both sides of the range.
