SDT Morgan park track day with training

It's only half a day Shane, so you would be back in Brisbane by 2:30 or so.

Even when I am up for the full day I am home by 7 in the evening, so it's not too bad.

And Morgan park is pretty gentle on the cars as well. I take my 5 up and just use the normal road tyres and haven't had any issues with scrubbing the shoulders like I would at QR.

Mark, if you can make one of the club days when I am the country then I am sure we can work something out regarding a bit of help with the driving.

If there is a general practice day at QR when I'm home I will be heading to those..

Maybe the last SDT of the year I will change my roster for, I really want to see how much better the car is as I have good baselines for Morgan Park.

We are locked in to the morning session as that seems to suit everyone better, and you will be back in Brisbane by mid afternoon, depending on what route you take home.

So lets see if we can get up around 10 or so coming along. With the numbers we get we will more than likely end up in our own group for the warm up sessions and for the track sessions.

So, all those who said they were keen for the November day but couldn't make it, here is the perfect opportunity to get some extra track time and make some improvements in technique between the club's first and second track days.....

Having a quick read I'm really interested. I didn't see any need for a Cams license or battery labels, extinguisher etc. If I'm not mistaken on his count me in please, I'll bring up my standard NB most likely.

Correct, it's not a motorsport event as such, it's a driver training day. A fire extinguisher never goes astray though

If you are going to come to the day add your name to the list, and in the next couple of weeks i will get everyone to fill out the form, make the payment, either by credit card on the form, or direct deposit, and I will forward the forms onto SDT.

Remember this will be for the morning session, so we are in the one group, but if you want to do the afternoon session that is not a problem, just let me know.

Ohhh I'll have to double-check if I can make this one.

I'm keen, but it'll be pending fun tickets available in the next few weeks.
