Nice shots, I like the side on panned slow shutter speed shots, lot's of speed blur of wheels and background, compliments to the lensperson.

I'll pass on the compliments - James was looking for feedback. He was working on the "impression of movement" thing, think he did pretty well although he did say he got rid of a lot of bad ones!

They are definitely above the level you normally see from casual shooters. The panning is quite precise, particularly considering he's shooting down on some angles so it isn't easy to just pan purely side to side. Exposures all seem pretty spot on too, vast majority are taken from somewhere the sun will fall on the closer side to the camera. Your mate should be very happy with what he's posted.
