Anybody else going? Work is allowing me to leave early on 30/04 for the drive down as well as work in the Brisbane office on 02/05! Car friendly employer
Plan is to get below 1:08 and sort out my problem with turn 1.
I'm not going to make it, I'm running in the QR300 on the weekend. Don't think 4 days straight in race cars, would do my head in! Have fun Those time attack days are bloody fun, so relaxed, really good place to hang out and drive.
Well did not achieve what I wanted, however very happy with. 1:09.10 clubman and 1:05.69 on the sprint. Despite the much better braking still having problems with turn 1/2. I think the spins have made me too cautious.
However I 'm very happy with the way the car and driver went.

Street sprints only Shane, not Open. Even better, should be easier to fit in groups with cars doing similar times instead of the crazy race cars doing 57s. You coming up for them yourself?
QR Clubman: 1:03.9 | QR Sprint: 1:01.4 | QR National: 1:29.4 | LS: 1:01.5 | Mt Cotton: 51.6
Sorry Shane I have to have the 6 yo at school on Monday, he has already had 2 days off school for this trip.
All up used 89.7 ltrs for 258k. This was from BP at Eastern heights. (Ipswich) to the Shell on gympie rd at Aspley and 74 full laps on the raceceiver 50/50 clubman/sprint. Add in the 13.1 ltrs per 100 for the Amarok and I have made a large contribution to the green house gas emissions
Video of the day, clubman. This version has the correct cyl temp data. It is a bit of a process to merge the data between Vbox and innovate. Plan is to get some of the innovate data (TPS, coolant temp, AFR) direct via the Haltech CAN saves some the data sync issues. Notwithstanding I'm happy with the result.
