Hello fellow MXers
I have entered for this weekend. Just wondering if there are any other 5s entered, or if anyone is going for a look see.
I am really looking forward to this. But with a lot of respect.

Respect is the word. Creep up on it and resist the red mist - the walls are very hard. Have fun, I did.

Cool. I met Nigel at Mt Cotton 2 weeks ago. Noosa will be good conditions for him to test his uber-tyres.

Just buffing up the old girl as we speak.
I'm bringing the trailer up, every second video on the net, shows someone hitting a wall.

Not long home from Watching Noosa Hill Climb
Looked a bit scary with a few cars damaged.
Maybe next year!

Toppertee and Adidastyle and Blackhawk? were having a go

Re: Noosa Hillclimb this weekend 21/22 July
Thanks for pix Stu.
Topper 19 had a blinder. 67.72 on final run, down from 59s which was already fast.
96 (that's me!) got 71.3 & 71.5 on last two runs which was a bit disappointing. They were the only two runs where I did not FU the gears. At least I came home in one piece. Your pic does not show the axle tramp I was getting off the line.
Ben 77 got into the 66s which was a PB.
I don't know about #27.
It's a fantastic track. A real piece of road, full of imperfections. 1.5klm. Uphill all the way, but not that steep, so the 1.6 pulls OK. Very challenging and very unforgiving, as you saw. But it's a bucketload of buzz, especially caning through the esses and going slightly sideways across the finish line. Worth doing twice, that's for sure.
Cheers
