I have been asked by a MX-5 Club member for some recommendations of what track tyres they can get for the std 16" wheels on their NB8B. These tyres must be suitable for use in the std road classes at club track days.
Most people I know with NB8Bs seem to switch to 15s for the track, but that isn't an option in this case.
This club member has been struggling to find suitable tyres in the 205-45-16 size.
Recommendations please?

ADVAN Neova AD08R come in a 205 45 and a 215 45 16. Retail is $267 and $277. Don Connels in Sydney (8033 9125) recently quoted me $220 each for 215's so probably a good place to try.
I curently have a set of Toyo R1R's in 205 45 16 so thay may also be a cheaper option.
