Much earlier incarnation of Monda was a 1:50, bit more fettling and some fresh boots 1:45 should be the goal Lap.

Some stats on 12 hour rx7 in 1995 when we ran 12 hour at eastern creek the cars raced at an average lap speed of 1.46 on r spec Dunlop tyre fuel usage was 114 litres per hour completing 34 to 35 laps an hour , fuel capacity was 120 litres . Qualifying time around 1.40 with what would be considered conservative boost .9 bar raced at .8 bar in 4 years I was involved with Mazda at 12 hour races we never had an engine failure in 1994 at Bathurst one car had a turbo failure that was only only dnf suffered . True the engines where fresh for 12 hour and I would rebuild them after but in sprint racing engines where ran for close to full season without freshen up

well my first supersprint could have gone better, popped my gearbox 3 laps into the first run.
Thanks everyone for helping roll it onto the trailer and especially thanks to david for letting me borrow his trailer!
Hope to see everyone at south circuit next month with a lovely new 6 speed :3
