Time for another one everyone! It's been way too long - try three months!

Please note venue for this meet up! We are heading to the newer Dome in Victoria Park (next to the Balmoral) on the corner of Albany Hwy and Westminister Street. Don't get lost - there are two Domes in Vic Park now. New forum or club members are most welcome!

22nd WA Meet Up
What: Ice-blended coffee, tea, cakes, foccacia, sandwiches, chips, BBQ chicken drumsticks, pepper squid, crumbed prawns & lots of MX5 gossip.
Where: Dome Victoria Park - Corner of Albany Hwy and Westminister St - click for Google map. This used to be the old Bella Rosa restaurant.

BUMP!

Come one WA people - 3 (maybe 4) for a forum coffee meet up is ridiculous, especially since we have not had one in a few months!

Maybe we need some headliners to show up like Warwick in the race NA8 ITBs (blow off the cobwebs?), Matt in the build Cosworth S/C NC2, Simon in the 210+rwkw SE, Rod's V8 LS NA, Shane's 13B turbo NA, etc etc ... hmmm for a boring and isolated city, we sure have lots of serious MX5s!

Hope the weather is good and we get a good turnout.

I'll bring the silver ITB NA6 as I need some quality video/photos taken by the various experts in our club/forum *hint hint*... hehehe

Hi all, recently purchased my NA8 97, so I am hoping to come along and see what some of these pimped out mx's are all about.

Nothing wrong with it, its up on stands getting some new bits fitted to it from the donor car parked next door.

All good stuff.

Just the usual things we do on weekends. Brakes / sway bars / new front bumper / lsd.

Feel free to drop around and have a look on the way back from Barbagello if you like

It was a decent turnout today. I saw some old faces and good to see new faces as well. I have to admit that it was nice talking about MX5s again after 6 months.

I liked Russell's new matt black paint job on the NB. I wanted to do that in the past but never had the guts. Cool custom plates as well mate! Andy's SE was very clean although the bolt-in roll cage hinted otherwise. Lastly, thanks to Dave for dropping by after the V8 Supercar Round at Barbagallo's and for taking photos. You must have been tired.

Hopefully, other WA forum members will feel free to organise the next meet up in May (perhaps the 29th after the next motorsport round).

P.S. I did get an offer by the passerby to buy my silver ITB NA6 but he assumed I was desperate to sell and lowballed me. I think I'd better post up a proper for sale thread.
