Its that time again folks! MAZDA’S AT MERRIMU is back for 2014 and promises to be even bigger and better than 2013. Last years open day was of great success and we aim to make this year nothing short of spectacular.
MAZDAS AT MERRIMU will be held on Sunday 26th October at Lake Merrimu, 780 Diggers Rest – Coimadai Road Merrimu (only 45 minutes north west of Melbourne). Gates will open at 9.30am and close at 3.00pm.
With a gold coin donation per person, you will enter into a world of Mazda haven, show & shine, swap meet, children’s play area, food & drink and most importantly a family picnic atmosphere. Other pricing includes parking at $5 per car.
Last year’s event which was the first time that the Mazda Car Club held an open day event and saw over 200 Mazda’s on display along with other makes as well as many vendors. Oh, and not to mention 600 + spectators!
This year we are looking at opening it to more Mazda based car clubs, workshops, vendors & suppliers (nationally) to display their abilities, products & race cars within the vendors area’s allocated to them. We are also looking for vehicle, tool, toy, & man cave related vendors to join in the fun.
THIS SUNDAY so be there!!!
Mazdas@Merrimu is on again this Sunday. It's the biggest Mazda only event of the calendar. Would love to see a great contingent of mx5's there and show the other Mazdas how big the mx5 following is. There is also a piston Mazda trophy up for grabs and last years winner of that trophy and runner up won't be there. Good chance for your car to pick up a trophy. Unfortunately my mx won't be able to make the trip but I'll be there in my other Mazda. Hope to see you there
