I will take my car down to see what power it has with cheap exhaust and (now) pod filter. Good for comparison with the guys with the non vvt motors.

Members can bring a friend(s) to run their cars, so imagine if you tag along with a member then all will be good..

Does it have to be an MX5, or is my MX5 powered Escort ok?
Cheers

You do not need to be a member and you do not need to drive an MX-5.
You should be able to register through the website:

Hey guys,
We've heard that some of the motorsport guys (and gals) may be concerned with the power output maybe being used to push them up a class?
We run a Mainline Dyno and to be honest, it's a bit of a tight-ass. You've got nothing to be concerned about. lol
Plenty of spots still available, come down and have a run.
Darrin.

I doubt I will go over the imposed 120kw mark with my car to put me into open class, no matter how generous your dyno is. However, it looks like my aero might put me into the next class. Must speak to club captain.....

If you don't have a passenger seat you'll be in open class too...
