Only "5"'s please (we don't want to get held up)
No Sunday drivers and there's a very good reason for that which is of course............ we will leave on a Saturday morning as you'll need Sunday to recuperate ! but seriously, trust me, it will be quieter on a Saturday.
O.K. you've done the Reefton and the other one plus the G.O.R all pretty much like Bourke St at times and with revenue raisers everywhere, well for this run you'll need Prozac for the first hour & half or so (much like the run up to G.O.R.) after that you'll be on a mixture of Speed & Ecstasy !
This is a very challenging run into the Wilderness (scenic to say the least) through an area devastated by fire & flood but now made good.
Virtually none or very little traffic with one way in and the same way out along a glorious road a lot of which you will have virtually no chance of getting anywhere near the speed limit but still have a guaranteed adrenaline rush.
This is a road built for our cars, nobody can get lost or seperated for long and it can be drĂven at your own pace to enjoy the scenery and then catch up with the boy racers at the end of the road for a BYO picnic or purchase food, drink & petrol in the err "township" I will be very happy to share this experience with members of the "5" community and as the original Big Kev used to say,
I'M EXCITED !
Departing this Saturday morning at 7.30am from outside McDonalds Cafe (of course) !
BP Service Centre
Officer
Outbound M1 Princes Fwy
