HELP- Army Needed

As you are all aware, we are moving in early to mid January. We need to get the house readied for renting ASAP. As it has been so wet for so long, it has been impossible to get things done.
I am seeking assistance in the areas of cleaning up the garden (army needed), someone that may be able to do a small ceiling plastering job (the roof is now fixed) and some one with some welding skills and equipment to fix some hinges on a gate.
As one weekend is Christmas, and the next New Year, I'm proposing a mid week event, being Thursday 30th December. I will lay on a B-B Q and drinks and my undying gratitude to any one that can help either for the day or for a couple of hours.
To help work out numbers for food and drinks, could you let me know if you can assist in any way.
