So you are over the relatives for another year. Bored to tears with the cricket and sailing on TV. Time for some real fun and action? Well it's Great Ocean Road time again Get out on the road before the caravans, day trippers and tourists and really enjoy the 5 in its natural environment.

Meet at the Shell service station at the Westgate bridge (outbound)(Melway 56 H1), for a 5.00am sharp departure. A leisurely run combined with the twisties between Anglesea and Apollo Bay.

Alternatively meet at corner Great Ocean Rd and Anglesea Rd, Bellbrae (Melways Ref: 611 D9).

Breakfast will be in Lorne/Apollo Bay, Lunch in Warrnambool.

Sorry to hear of your news Cheyne. After many years of driving in the CBD, I've never seen a car come off better than a tram. Still, you are safe and well and better off than those involved in the incident at the corner of William and Lonsdale Streets this morning! A sad Christmas for more families.
