Hi all,

Thought I'd start a thread for the weekly MX-5 Meet-up.
We seem to have started a tradition of meeting up weekly for photos, coffees and discussions about our beloved little babies . Most times it has been at Port Melb, but from feedback, other locations may be appreciated by some. It is also a good chance to take some different photos with different back grounds.

Expressions of Interest is appreciated.

Current Locations suggested and visited are:

1. Port Melbourne (Staion Pier Car Park, outside Campari Restaurant)
2. Mornington (End of Main St, Pier Car Park)
3. Williamstown

Keep in mind, a coffee is required at each suggestion

Hope to here from more of you than just the legends that already participate

I will post the details each week of the meet, according to prefferences of members.

How about something up in them thar hills

Errr, yeah, I'll get back to you in 3 weeks...

But in the hills would be good, a fun drive getting there and back rather than an hour on Springvale Rd for me last Thurs maybe some pics at Mt dandenong lookout, I can't remember the last time I was there so not sure how suitable it would be for pics though.... just thinking with the city sprawled in the background...???

Yeah, Sky High Restaurant on Mt Dandy. Car park does cost $4.00 to get in, but on a clear day or night the view is fantastic and there are some nice twisty bits to get there!

Just tell me when and I'll be there with bells on.

P.S. There is any water rats the size of dobermans up there either!

Skyhigh Dandenong has operating hours of:

Monday to Friday 10.00am till 10 pm, After which, no coffees but you can still get out the gates, but no cars in.

So.... we either bring the meet to lets say 8pm, or try another venue?

I think bring forward to 8.00pm and then a final buy up of coffee at 10.00pm. Could be a good chance to get some shots as the sun goes down and get home at a reasonable hour. The car park is on varying levels so maybe first in tell the gate keeper that there are more MXs' to follow and get the group together.

I am coming this time for sure (unless it rains like crazy). Can I follow someone so I dont get lost? I am coming from Kensington, so can meet anyone along the way to the hills....
