Hitting Melbourne for one day

Postby slug_dub » Sun Dec 19, 2010 2:03 pm

Ahoy,

I'm driving the Slug down to Melbourne and will be there for one day, Tuesday 28th December, staying in Melbourne that night.
Just throwing it out there that I'd be hella keen to meet any Melbournians and drool over the odd MX5 or two
I don't know what the go is with the Garage Cafe but if thats something that could be experienced I'd be up for that.

Ahoy slug_dub!

Unfortunately garage cafe officially shut their doors tomorrow until mid jan.

We could organize a run through some nice roads pending weather though... Will you have you car with you?

Ah I guess the Garage Cafe will have to be another time I'm down that way then :)

As much as I would love to go for a drive, with only one day there I'm not sure I would be able to squeeze that in yet... not off the cards though! But would love to meet some people and I must drink as much coffee as I can.

I'm pretty sure I can keep most of the afternoon/early evening free :) I have a car to pick up with the copilot and not sure what time of the day that will be yet, sorry I can't give a more solid idea. Glad to see a few will be about!

With more organising of the day done, I can say with certainty that I am free from 4pm...
