MX5 Breakfast Club Brekkie & Walnut Farm Run- 25 March

Time: Sunday 25 March 2012, 6.30am for 7.00am Start
Meet: McDonalds at Richmond

Details:
A later start for the BreakFast Club to coincide with sunrise at Richmond to run the Bells Line of
Road to Lithgow and the back roads down to Hampton then return on the Jenolan Caves Road for breakfast at
the Ambermere Rose Inn in Little Hartley at around 9.30am. After breakfast, join the run up Victoria Pass then
across the Darling Causeway and the Bells Line of Road to the Mt Wilson turn off and the 19km drive to Mt
Irvine and Nutwood Farm at around noon to meet up with the Club Cruiser Run to collect nuts in March &
roast chestnuts on an open fire with the option of lunch at Mt Tomah Botanic Gardens.

MX-5 CLUB - LATER RUN - WALNUT & LUNCH RUN
Time: Sunday 25 March 2012, 8.30am for 9.00am Start
Meet: McDonalds at Dural

Details:
If you feel that an early run at sunrise is inconvenient then the later run from Dural at 9.00am for a
drive in your five through Maroota, Windsor, Freemans Reach, and Kurrajong to the Pines Orchard Café at
Bilpin for refreshments may suit you. Following refreshment break, the run proceeds to Nutwood Farm to
meet up with the Brekkie & Walnut Run. After gathering your fresh walnuts and chestnuts, a merged run with
members from the BreakFast Club Run will drive to Mt Tomah Botanic Gardens for lunch. Entry to the
gardens and restaurant is now free.

Just recovered my car, if I can get it ready( drivable condition) before that, I will 100% in for that=]

Been on plenty of Renault Sport drive days, but this will be my first chance to meet the Syd MX5 crew.
Unsure if I will be doing the early or late drive yet.

Also, if anyone is happy to let me try out their aftermarket bucket seat, that would be VERY much appreciated. I am in the market for a fixed back seat, and would love to try before I buy.

We have an early BreakFast run and later run if getting up before sparrow's fart is not the best way for you to start a Sunday morning in late March meeting up at the nut farm in Mount Irvine with lunch or coffee at Mount Tomah Botanic Gardens on the way home.

If you are participating in either run then place your names on the list. We need to get some idea of total numbers for breakfast at Ambermere Rose Inn (ie. everyone on the BreakFast Club Run ) and lunch at Mt Tomah (everyone on the Club Run) and ask that if you put your hand up to join the Hamx5ter on the early Brekkie & Walnut Run that you indicate if you are going to stop for refreshments at Mount Tomah.

Vic , whats wrong with diablo. I should be back for this run . If so I will be there and watch out if any mad driver trys to cut me off or drive without the headlights on or decide to go up the road on the wrong side or a wondering cow, or a motorised rickshaw try and squeeze past me. I am now fully capable of dealing with this, every second I am driving here in Bangalore. I look forward to a spirited drive with fresh air .
