MEET: McDonald's carpark, Windsor Road, McGrath's Hill
TIME: 10am for 10.30am departure
DETAILS: This is the third of these very popular informal midweek runs for retirees and others who can manage to get the day off. From McDonald's car park we head west, bypassing Windsor township to cross the Hawkesbury River Bridge and turn onto Freeman's Reach Road. A run along the river flats and through the back country takes us to North Richmond where we cross the Bell's Line of Road for a winding drive through scenic hills to reach Kurrajong Village. There we join Bell's Line of Road drive past Mt. Tomah Botanical Gardens, go along the darling causeway and end up at Mt. Victoria for lunch at the hotel or cafe. Good company guaranteed. Join in.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to changes at Mt. Tomah Gardens and the limited number of staff employed on this day the midweek run will now be called the Mt. Victoria Run which will end up at Mt. Victoria for lunch at the pub or cafe. Starting point and everything else remains the same. See original post above.
