A few of us are heading down for a speed off the streets day at Wakefield. $110pp, must have helmet, wrist to ankle clothing, enclosed shoes and wakefield/ CAMS L2S licence. No lap timing, but feel free to bring a friend and stop watch. Let me know if ur interested

Don't forget either Wakefield licence or cams L2S licence.

I've taken a fair bit of leave lately, so I should probably skip out on it, but you never know...

Would have loved to. But can't do another mid-week day off.

They don't accept a CAMS L2S, or didn't a while back. And I doubt the current owners are any more sympathetic to CAMS than the last lot

I may see you there, shaking down the new white GM - WM? - if its ready then.

When I was there in December for the last speed of the streets day that was half organised on here, there was no problem with my L2S licence. There was also no problem when I was down about mid last year either.

The club's requirements for Wakefield are also either a L2S or a Wakefield licence.

Long story short, I'm 99.99% sure that they will accept a cams L2S licence on the day. If in doubt, call them, but if I was going to the track day, I'd just show up with my L2S and not worry about it.

The club's requirements for Wakefield are also either a L2S or a Wakefield licence. Different setup - club runs under a CAMS permit IIRC

Oooh, sounds tempting. I'll let you know closer to the date. Given the state of the economic climate, we're under pressure at work to use as much of our annual leave as possible. So I've got a good excuse!

Awww :(

Well I'm going to be there, half considering taking my Stagea rims for lols. They grip the road like melted butter on greased teflon.

Will we have a 4 door car to play taxi this time? I don't mind driving everyone to the shops but squeezing 4 or 5 people into the Riceline is a mission, especially with the Sparco in it :D
