NSW Club run 17th February 2008 to Wakefield Park

ZOOM ZOOM WE'RE GOING TO THE TRACK
WHEN: Sunday 17th February 2008 to coincide with MX5 track day.
Meeting Point 1: Black Stump Restaurant Heathcote (next door to Maccas less congestion. Time: 8am for 8.30am departure.
Meeting Point 2: Mobil Service Station Hume Highway Pheasants Nest. Time: 9.15am for 9.45 am departure.
Details: For those of you who have never been to the track to see the MX5's in action this is your chance. We will travel from Heathcote along the highway, then via Picton Road meeting up with the group at Pheasants Nest. From this point we will travel along the scenic back roads to Wakefield Park. Once there feel free to watch to cars in action, you may come and go as you please. Lunch can be at the track or take a short drive back into Goulburn to one of the many cafe's or clubs. Racing at the track finishes around 4pm.
Length of Run from Heathcote around 245klms and from Pheasants Nest about 170 klms.
RSVP: None required just show up on the day.

worth while guys and gals.
the bunch that frequent the track days are great and always up for a chat and willing to let people have a good gander at their toys.
not to mention theres always some crazy bugger in the dirt off the track

The first run of the year for the new Captain(s)....and I'll miss it.
'Cause if I went on the run.....
I'd be LATE for the track day. Seriously though, if you ever wondered what happens at a track day this is a great run to go on because you not only get to see us guys & gals at the track but also some of the great roads in the Southern Highlands.

The run was most enjoyable! It was a very nice day, but now I have a bit of sunburn
Can't wait to get back on the track now... bring on next Monday!

Ok, photos are up. There are quite a few photos actually. Photobucket wouldn't let me put them all in one album, so I have divided them into On and Off Track albums. Hope you enjoy!
