I believe it was originally for MX5s only but that may have changed.
I'll see if we can get some more info up on the site tomorrow.

There's some more
information up on the website ...
midnight blu - the day is open to other cars too (what does your boss drive?). Invite the boss and you should have no trouble getting the day off work.

Hi all - there's still a few spots left for the track day and the list is currently low on forum members ...

Numbers will be low so everyone should get heaps of track time.

Great day was had by all...
Numbers were kept to only 20 so everyone got heaps and heaps of laps.
Mrsracer had a run in the Red SE..went very well for a first time out.
Thanks to Simone and David for a great day and to Zane for organiseing the driver training.
Hopefully someone will have some photos.

I'll 2nd that
What a great day. It was my first time to the track and I had an absolute ball. Leaned heaps about the car and driving lines etc. Had a few spins

, but its all good. Big thanks to David and Simone and the others from MX5 Mania, (particularly Zane's driving instructions

) for a great day.

I certainly had fun - even if it was a busy day in the office (sort of)!

The instructors were great - it's always useful to get a more experience point of view rather than just heading out and thrashing around. Thanks Lou - I didn't notice any white knuckles (I'm not sure if that means I was ok or just not trying hard enough

).
I've put a few photos up - enjoy ...

did a 1:20 is that any good in a 1.6?
not bad for a rock stock standard.

Mike & I had a great time. Many thanks to Simone, Dave, Lou, Zane & Ricardo. Great improvement since my previous effort, after Zane taught me how to drift in the grass and take home a car load of dirt.
