I can't stand it any more. I need a drive.

I was hoping to organise this offline but haven't got my act together.

Fri night 10pm
Berowra truck stop.

I'm open to alternate time & meeting place.

prolly go all the way to Gosford

if you do go down to for a drive thru the nasho, becareful at the end near stanwell, half way thru the smooth tarmac, they are widening the road and there are alot of debris on the road from construction, dont forget the trees and leafs :)

well it was a hoot

you're all a bunch of softies.....except Oli.

Now he is a die hard Gentleman & a Scollar.

well we didn't go beserk. drove to the conditions.

met up at the the Berowra truck stop.

so....we set off . A few minusts before this fully sic sounding RX7 went past, so I didn't think anything of it. But half way down the hill we had cought up to him. He was taking corners like a Grand father.
so at the apropriate moment on a little straight & broken lines i decided to overtake....well al of a sudden I coud hear this Rotary being booted flat to the metal.
Needles to say this looser wasn't going to let me pass along the straight.

Ok so best remedy was to pull over & give him a few minutes head start again. I may be mad but i don't play russian rulette.

After a few minutes we set off again & enjoying ourselves ....low & behold there he was comming up the hill. It just kills me what must have gone trough his mind.

anyhow we got to Calga having lost of fun & taking it nice & carfull we decided to go on to Gosford for some Bad food.

Gosford Maccas was full of loud kids letting off some steam We were just stiing there telling tall stories & right in front of us.... this ladie must have pulled out of the far lane tyo get into Maccas gets collected on the side by some Grand Daddy.
Meanwhile we had the cops doing the circle around maccas as this happened.
Ohh well.

The driving was good fun. Not much rain at all. In fact the roof was off all the way & back.

on the way we also found out Oli has a fair more stick than me. 8) especially high up in the revs.

Rodent. There is no reason to be scared for your life.....if you feel you cant keep up. Just go your own pace. There is always spots for catch up.

anyhow....Thanks for comming along Oli.

you're great company.

Nah. No insurance + moist roads + still getting a handle on the suspension + nighttime means it probably wasn't a good idea at the time. I'll be there on the next one though. Must see how my blue car compares to that 65kW warrior 8)
[/excuse mode]

Glad to see youse all had fun!

Sounds like I missed a good run. I wanted to come along, but was unable to, maybe next time.
