NSW President's BBQ

The MX-5 Club of NSW invites all of its members, and their immediate families (no, not your 65 cousins and aunts Spyder) to the President's BBQ being held on Sunday the 22nd of January at Bobbin Head.
All food will be provided including steaks, sausages, salads etc., just bring your own drinks.
Bring your Bocce sets, your cricket bat, in fact anything you like to play with (I can feel Spyder in the background somewhere with that comment) and have a great time.
We will be under cover, as we have hired one of the BIG rotundas and even the BBQ's are under cover, so rain, hail or shine, it will go ahead.
There isn't an official run there, so you can bring your family vehicle, and there is plenty of parking.
Just don't park on the grass again this year Gramps............................

The festivites start around 11:30 am.

PLEASE RSVP, as we need to know the numbers so we have enough food, to socialsec@mx5.com or ring Roger on 0419 487 943 by Wednesday the 18th.

Looking forward to seeing you all there! :D

What's up with all you bludgers out there?

The NSW Club is providing FREE, yes you read it correctly, FREE food at the President's BBQ on Sunday, and we've only had 45 replies so far.
Mrs Benny is doing the catering, and I can assure you you'll have a great time.

Cut off time for RSVP's is Thursday night.

See the post above for details.

Who's coming?

Also I think that email address listed isn't correct it bounced back when I tried.

I think it should have a .au at the end, ie
socialsec@mx5.com.au

Haha,

Same thing happened last night, I wasnt planning to go to Mania for the workshop session, but I changed my mind 1/2 hour before.. So I quickly sent an email to Simone saying I'll come but I wont eat anything as she didnt cater for one more...

Little does she know

EDIT: Woops - I'm doubting Benny's approval after I wrote that one!!

I am in need of a serious wheel alignment and it's booked in for Saturday anyways

Back on topic now lol

We can't stop onlookers from coming to Bobbin Head, but we will be checking memberships for the food.
This is why it is such a good idea to be a member of the NSW Club.
Not only do you get to meet so many great people, but we also have at least 3 subsidised parties every year, and if you include the value of these as well as the discounts you can get by being a member, you can save more than 3 times the membership fee EVERY year.
Why not join up on the day?

I'll have some membership forms there on the day, so if you are enticed to join, everything you need to do so will be there, apart from the joining and membership fee.

If there will be anything there to entice you, the smell of those great sausages cooking on the BBQ certainly will.
And if not those, then the steaks or the salads or the.......................
