Just a reminder the start point is Rofe Park, Hornsby. Be there early, as we will be departing at 6, via the newly reopened Galston Gorge.
Looking forward to seeing you all there!

While I won't be on there in person tomorrow, cause I'll be finishing off the Club magazine mailout, I'll be there in spirit. If any of you people want to put some words up on the forum about the run; I'll be glad to pinch them for the next issue of Club Torque! Same for any photos' too. Enjoy and hope you don't get too cold.

Re: Iceberg Run - Sunday 1 August
I'm working so won't be there, but I did drive the 5 to work (and had some fun with a 125i on the way).
Might see you guys at the PITS if you head by the OPH for the return run.

Thanks to both James and Michael for putting on a great drive this morning. Fantastic stuff. And a great turn-out of MX-5s too! Did anyone do an official count? Must have been close to 30 cars! The cafe at Hunter Valley Gardens did a great job of coping with our surprise arrival for breakfast.

I think the beanie could be Miss Dweezle's.

Thanks to everyone, esp. James for organising today's run. Everything was just perfect, awesome turnout and how hot is Dweezle's car!
Thanks Guran for the long way home. You set a pretty decent pace
bit suspensful with the fuel, but i managed to get to hornsby with 3 litres to spare.
Looking forward to the next run!

Re: Iceberg Run - Sunday 1 August
Glad you enjoyed the return trip too, hamx5ter
. A bit too much traffic for my liking, but it's a great drive to Wollombi and Wisemans Ferry. Glad you made it to Hornsby for fuel. I did my bit for the Dural economy, paying 10c/L more than I did at 5:30am the same morning at Thornleigh.

Had my lap timer logging the whole day; can't wait to export it to Google Earth for a virtual day trip

Tell me about the fuel... filled up at Caltex Hornsby at 133c/litre... 42 litres for 480kms.. a damn sight more expensive than last night .. 117c/litre
