It was boring coz u drove way too slow.

anyway I found a flaw in the map

Im about to upload the map for tomtom people. Found a way to use google maps, But still a little buggy. I found out my tomtom map needed to be upgraded (free within 30 days of purchace) and it let me use the road it was avoiding for ages.

Finally got the entire route onto my baby tomtom so if you guys want I can lead (unless you want to go faster than me). However I might have to head off somewhere else once we get to the beginning of old pac depending on what time we get there. But the way from there to pie is easy and fun, JUST DONT SPEED ON OLDPAC ON THE WEEKENDS, 2 highway patrols go up and down all day and more under covers too.

Here is the map for tomtom users. Plug it into your pc, open the drive and dump it into the ITN folder (unzip first), then under itinerary load the putty road cruise and away you go.

OMG im gonna be zombie tomorrow. Stupid tomtom I BLAME YOUUU!

See ya.

If I can wake up in time count me in.

I have clearance issues which I haven't sorted out yet so I don't mind being tail-end charlie.

Hey Sliq, are you talking about the bike accident at the gosford intersection or something you were involved in? hope everyone is ok? Yeah, it was an awesome run. Thanks Gerard for leading today; that run up Old Pac was the BEST

Great meeting up with like-minded people out to have a bit of fun... lol. Thanks for organizing this run Sliq.

Aye thanks for organising it sliq. Had a great time today and as always a pleasure to meet some new people.

Just after we hit Putty I blew a hose. For a while I thought it might have been engine or turbo related so I was really really happy to see a disconnected hose when I popped the bonnet. Thanks to the 3 cars that pulled up to help. Without the screwdriver (still in my car Li) I would have been screwed. Umm, pun intended. :P

From there it was clear skies ahead and all smiles. We kind of screwed up near the end when we split up. Some of us kept following Sasso who was lusting after the convoy of Ferraris and also had to be somewhere else. We drove past Pie by accident and then I nearly caused one. Sorry again mr2 spyder. I didn't notice you sneaking up on me there but should have guessed since you were a forerunner most of the day. Hope I didn't scare you too much. After that I was following you and ended up on the freeway. With Pie in the Sky a fair while behind me and my tank nearing empty I headed back to Sydney. Sorry to anyone that was waiting at Pie. :|

Great day all up. Thanks all. :D

What an awesome day. So much fun chasing down the gang of Ferraris going up the hill on first section of oldpac. Some random yellow monaro (which I was quicker than in straight line, happy about that) and some random 4wd thing that were going "hard" crossing lanes slowed me down so I could only pick off 2 ferraris before reaching pie, second one was a 430, nom nom noms. (sorry about getting everyone lost just before pie, but had to beat the red cars, I did slow down and turn into pie though, must not have seen me).

No probs for leading, didn't hit any 'roos so im happy, my tomtom map still has a few bugs though.

OMG about to collapse im so tired. And sunburnt, always forget sunscreen.

Half way house, its still good, its still good. (So bringing SLR next time).

Thanks to Slig for suggesting the run and getting people involved, Sasso for his leadership up front and to everyone on the run who displayed great road etiquette in keeping tight or sitting on the back where appropriate. I believe we all had a good safe fun run without experiencing any four wheel trauma.
