Felix and co are headed up the day before, but as far as I know everyone else is on the all day adventure. I dont mind the all day adventure, just not wanting to inconvenience anyone.

I'm out in Cherrybrook, but I don't fancy a trip out to Berowra at 5am to give you a lift. Nothing personal. I just prefer sleep
If, however, you can get to somewhere a bit closer/easier (eg a train station between Hornsby and Epping, preferrably Pennant Hills ) I can grab you and we can head down.
As for convoying, it can be done, but it might be easier to meet at a more out of the way location rather than somewhere within Sydney. Means we avoid any morning traffic if we do decide to meet/greet before getting to the track.

jeebers thats an early start..while you were down there enjoying yourself i was slaving away at work on broken 747's
so a meet point? Phesents nest Mobil? that gives all the south people to jump on at Heathcote road, the north people to jump on the M7 and the city people to just head down the M5
not sure on times though..what time do we have to be down there?
ive still gotta figure out how to drive with my helmet on and roof up..i may have a rather stiff neck the next day

There was no early start, it was a continuation of Monday night. When I got home at about 8.30am I slept rather well.

OK, how's this for a game plan? If we aim to be at the track by, let's say 8:15am, that means we need to be essentially leaving Pheasant's Nest at 7:15am. So if we aim to be at Pheasant's Nest at 7am, that gives 15 minutes for people to show up and have a rest etc, before we get going again.
Firstly, do those numbers sound right to everyone? Secondly, how does that sit with the plans?
... ... ... Damn... that means a bloody early wake up for me...
