Here's an idea,
How about we postpone the Official Run for a couple of weeks, to best suit the organiser and those unable to make it this weekend.
This weekends run Can Be a Practice, Warm up session so to speak. On Saturday, or if a bad day for most, Sunday.
I know i'll be at both
Any thoughts

sounds a plan (my car might be back on the road then).
Actually, we need a once a month Sydney forum meetup.

No Probs Sliq, Its a shame you won't be joining us, but Uni's more important,
Besides i get the feeling these runs will be held often, as long as the weather holds up , and it all stays Sensible.
Final Check of the weather says it will be a warm day .
Let's try and Stick to the, leave by 0600 time, for good reason.
Have Fun, Be Safe and see you all there.

6 is a bit rough. Especially for a Sunday. My personal choice is 10am, but I can bend that so long as it's not ridiculous oclock.

Hmmm... I do wanna go for a drive, but I don't particularly like the 6am start... I only got 6 hours sleep last night, and if I do this, I'll only get 5 hours, which will leave me wrecked for work on Monday. Definitely need to play catch up sleep.
So it looks like if you're gonna stick to the 6am plan I'm out.

WHat a good day.
Nice roads, especially the last part of putty.
Only drama of the day was when I crashed into a small Kangaroo. No damage though, locked up but washed off a fair bit of speed, just bounced off the front, hope he is ok.
Cars got all dirty because of some roadwork.
Highlight of the day was seeing a TVR Sagaris and Ford GT at Pie in the Sky.
We got home about midday, washed the car, so tired. But FORMULA 1 TONIGHT!
Used bit less than 3/4 tank and I think around 300KM, so fuel economy not too bad, most of it is just high speed straights and long sweepers, and occasionally the road goes 3d and really twisty, the last part of putty through the forest was amazing.
Rotary your car is nuts! Have you put it on a dyno, blasts off like a rocket and sounds so good.
Here are some pics, hope you like.
