Action Paintball at Rouse Hill, and Heartbreak Ridge at Marsden Park have car friendly parking lots... Ultimate Skirmish at Yarramundi (the same group who run Helensberg) doesn't.

Heartbreak Ridge is apparently the best around, although I haven't been there, but from what I've heard it's fantastic. 2nd of October sounds okay, although it clashes with the CAMS CARnival in Victoria if anyone was planning on going down for the weekend.

Um... it isn't. I'd rank Action (Rouse Hill) as the best. The refs don't put up with any crap from players (last time I played at USG at Yarramundi the refs were the biggest d!ckheads there), and they run things in a much more organised fashion (ie buying stuff throughout the day).
The only problem is that for most people on the forum (located closer to the city) it's going to be further out of the way than Heartbreak Ridge or USG @ Helensberg.

paint ball pete's at mt white is ok.
catering is ham/ cold meat sandwhiches with the usual salad items which is ok but not great.

equipment and facilities arent spectacular but ive been twice and ive got no complaints.

ref's seem fair and reasonable, mind you we didnt really play up or anything

the owner/ref is also a funny old fart which is entertaining.

the road to the venue is a combo of sealed, semi sealed and dirt, HOWERER its possible to get your mx5 there WITHOUT bottoming out as long as you arent super super low. there are also a few speed humps to dodge as well.

just my 2c's worth :-)

Just been doing some further reading and research. Action at Rouse Hill seems to be the go. It's not that far and I'm sure you all know how to drive a car. :P

I just want to call them up sometime this week to ask a couple of questions and I will start a new thread to get a solid head count happening. If we can get over 20 people (possibly invite your friends?) we can get a dedicated group. Otherwise we will need to mix it up with other people throughout the day. I'm sure we'll be fine and have fun either way. :)

Really looking forward to this. pew pew

+1. I've organised quite a few of these in the past myself... it's like trying to herd cats.
