I'm not from the shire so I'm not familiar with Sylvania McDonalds. Just to be sure I know the exact address...is it the McDonalds at the corner of Princess Hwy & Formosa St?

Yes, the one and only. Click on this link if you want to see it on the map. If you're coming from the Northern side you might miss the turn in as it's kind of around a corner right after Port Hacking Rd. It's ok if you do because you will then see it and turn left on to Formosa St which will take you around the side entrance.
